1Definitions

• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by bu44 to Players subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance within a Player's Account representing real-money funds available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Player" means any individual ineligible to hold an Account, including minors under 21, self-excluded persons, and those accessing from restricted jurisdictions.

2Eligibility to Use the Platform

Access to and use of bu44 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period you hold an Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bu44 enforces this age limit strictly and will request identity documents to confirm a player's age where required.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity and registering an Account for your own use only. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion period on bu44 or on any other gambling platform with which bu44 has a data-sharing arrangement.
• You must not hold more than one Account on the bu44 Platform at any time. Multiple Accounts will be closed and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited without notice.
• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You are responsible for notifying bu44 promptly of any changes to your personal details.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of bu44 services you must create a registered Account. The following rules apply to registration and ongoing maintenance of your bu44 Account:

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This number will be used for OTP verification and all subsequent account communications.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your Account credentials confidential. bu44 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify bu44 Support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bu44 may temporarily suspend your Account while investigating a reported security breach.
• bu44 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Each Player may hold only one Account on bu44. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bu44 will close the duplicate Account and may forfeit any bonuses or winnings associated with it.

bu44 reserves the right to close any Account at any time where it reasonably believes the Player has breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent activity. Upon closure for cause, bu44 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bu44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. The following terms apply to all financial transactions through your bu44 Account:

• bu44 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Relevant funds may be retained pending investigation.
• Players are responsible for any taxes applicable to their winnings under Bangladesh law. bu44 does not provide tax advice and is not liable for any tax obligations arising from a Player's winnings.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith will result in immediate Account suspension and may be referred to the relevant financial authority.
• bu44 Accounts are non-transferable. Wallet funds may not be transferred to another Player's Account or any third party, and do not earn interest.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bu44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time an offer is made:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Any Player found abusing bonus offers — including through multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or hedging strategies — will have the bonus and associated winnings voided and may have their Account suspended.
• bu44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Free spins credited as part of a bonus offer may have a maximum win cap. Winnings from free spins in excess of the stated cap will be removed from the Player's Wallet without compensation.
• Bonuses are only available to Players who have not previously claimed the same offer. Unless explicitly designated as a recurring promotion, each Player may claim a bonus once only.
• Promotional offers are intended exclusively for genuine recreational Players. bu44 reserves the right to exclude any Player from receiving bonuses at its sole discretion, including those who exhibit patterns suggesting bonus exploitation.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on bu44, across both the sportsbook and casino products. Game-specific rules are available within each individual game or market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. bu44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager, except where a technical error resulted in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, in which case bu44 may void the wager and return the stake to the Player's Wallet.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems for virtual games and by live dealer action for live casino games. bu44 does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction during an active wager, bu44 will apply the relevant game provider's void policy.
• For sports betting markets, the odds applicable to a wager are those in effect at the time the wager is confirmed. bu44 reserves the right to void any wager placed at an obviously erroneous price regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• Maximum payout limits apply across all games and markets on bu44. The applicable maximum payout for any single wager or game session is displayed within the relevant game or market interface. bu44 will not pay out any amount in excess of the stated maximum.
• bu44 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict market access, or impose Player-specific betting limits at its sole discretion without being required to give reasons.

7Responsible Gaming

bu44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Players to help manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Time-Out: Players may request a temporary time-out from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out the Account will be suspended and no deposits or wagers will be accepted.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bu44. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using any software, robot, script, bot, or automated system to access the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or facilitating third-party financial crime through your Account.
• Colluding with other Players to fix game or betting outcomes, or participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event available for betting on the Platform.
• Registering an Account using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information, or impersonating another person or entity for the purposes of accessing the Platform or obtaining a bonus.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or circumventing geo-location restrictions through a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology.

bu44 actively monitors the Platform for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bu44 will take immediate action to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of legitimate Players.

9Intellectual Property

All content on bu44, including software, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and game content, is the exclusive property of bu44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bu44.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bu44's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited as follows:

• bu44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• bu44 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. bu44 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or maintenance periods.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bu44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Privacy and Data Protection

bu44 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on bu44 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bu44 implements SSL encryption across the Platform to protect data in transit and employs appropriate technical and organisational security measures against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. 12Amendments to These Terms

bu44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bu44 will notify registered Players by email or via an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of contract law applicable to online platforms serving the Bangladesh market.
